We sell our meat packages by the whole or half steer. At the time of harvest, our steers are around 1200 lbs. at 32-36 months of age. A deposit will be collected at reservation with the final cost to be determined by hanging weight.

The ultimate weight of your steer is dependent on how long they spend in the pastures. We recommend reserving one of our later dates if you wish to maximize your yield.

We are currently working exclusively with the Nocona Meat Company. Please note that you will be responsible for meat processing fees by the facility that must be paid before pickup.

We will collect a deposit at reservation for the set rate according to your chosen package. Final costs will be determined by the animals hanging weight, and must be paid in full before the aging process is complete (10-14 days from drop-off).
